Instructional materials include: Instructor Support Modules (ISM), which have full lesson plans, required materials lists, background information, reading assignment summaries, lesson objectives, PowerPoint and HTML presentations with instructor narratives. Troubleshooting component for existing A+ labs.
PC Maintenance. Add troubleshooting to your A+ lab. The Universal Fault Insertion and Removal Module (FIRM) is a PCI card that works on most computer systems. Faults are remotely programmable from a Palm Pilot. About 70 lab activities are outlined in the workbooks and an Instructor Support Module provides power point presentations of the lesson. This is not a stand-alone A+ Training System.
